We may be getting a house!!!

Hello guys!

So, super exciting news in the life of Jake and Kari!  We found a starter home that we absolutely LOVE and decided to make an offer on it.  After three days, we found out that they had accepted our offer!!!  The only downside is that it is a short sale which means the bank that 'owns' the property has the final say in the payment they want for the home.  We have to wait for the bank to get back to our realtor to know if they have accepted our offer.  It could take months...BUT, it's definitely going to be worth the wait if they accept and our inspection comes out positive!  Then, we would close and get our first home together!  I am super excited!!!!  It has 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, 1.03 acres with a nice fenced in yard in the front, and THREE walk-in closets!  PLENTY of storage!  Oh, and I can't forget the HUGE deck in the backyard!  It would be perfect so we are crossing our fingers!  Wish us luck!

Blogilates

So....Pinterest is my friend! I can find ANYTHING that I am interested in at the time. It's amazing!

At the beginning of April I am going on a Caribbean Cruise with my Fiancé and his Mom and Step Dad so I really need to be bikini ready. Within the last year I lost 35 pounds which is amazing and I feel so good already but I'd be lying if I felt like I have reached my goal.

I am trying a new thing called Blogilates people. My FAAAAAVORITE excercises are Pilates. I absolutely LOVE it!  This amazing woman made YouTube videos and a blog to go along with it.  Yep, I'm doing the beginner 30 day challenge!

Sure! It's 4am and I just got done with the first exercise but, so what! I feel damn good! I already wrote down all the exercises each day on my calendar and I WILL be following it! I am super pumped to start my journey towards a better me!

Meet my new addiction!

I was bored one day and decided to look up places online to purchase make up.  I was looking more for the high end brands like: Clinique, Bobbi Brown, Tarte, NARS, Makeup Forever, etc. and I was trying to find them at a discounted price as I do not have the extra money laying around to spend on those types of brands.

Almost two years!

It has been almost two years since I have blogged on here...whaaaaat? This is stopping right now!  How completely unacceptable!

Today I had the day off of work, so I went and spent some quality time with my bestie Tina. I went over to her new town house to take a quick tour and then we went out to eat at Culvers. After Culvers we went to Turnstyle.  I'm not sure how many Turnstyles' there are in the United States, but it's a pretty cool consignment shop with mostly clothing.

They had an awesome deal tonight: all red tag winter apparel is 50% off INCLUDING any of the already marked down merchandise! I bought two cute sweaters that were already marked down at the prices of: $1.75 and $3.75!!!  Whaaaat? Talk about amazing!!!  I also found a very cute summer top to bring on my Caribbean cruise I will be on the beginning of April. All three of those tops totaled only $15.50!!! If there's one thing I rock at it's finding deals! Which actually gives me another idea for a blog post already! Yay!!!!
